What is Hydro Seeding?
Hydro seeding is a process of seeding with a mixture of water, cellulose and wood fiber mulch, seed, starter fertilizer, and tacifier (glue). These ingredients are mixed in a large tank and then sprayed into the loosened soil, creating a crust layer of mulch, seed, soil and tacifier. Holding the moisture in, using less water to establish the germinating seeds. Generally, you will see grass sprouts within 5 to 7 days, as long as it is adequately watered.
